Farewell FranklyAI For Teams...

The Frankly Team have made the difficult decision to withdraw FranklyAI for Teams from the Microsoft Store immediately.

Important Dates:

For free users, FranklyAI for Teams will stop working on Friday, 13 September 2024.  Please uninstall FranklyAI for Teams prior to that date.
Users on the paid Business subscription must cancel their subscription before 13 September 2024. Paid subscribers will enjoy all the benefits of the paid plan until the last day of their subscription, or 13 October 2024 (whichever occurs earlier)

What this means for you

Business Users

For users on a business subscription, please cancel your subscription before 13 Sept 2024, which will stop the prepay monthly renewal/subscription.

You will be able to access FranklyAI for Teams business features until the end date of your subscription, or up to 13 October 2024, whichever is earlier.  As we are unable to cancel your subscription on your behalf, please ensure you do so to avoid being charged for access to features that will no longer be available after the termination date 

Free Users

For free users, the FranklyAI for Teams app will stop working on Friday 13 Sept 2024.  Please uninstall the FranklyAI for Teams prior to that date.

What you need to do?

Cancel your subscription before the 13th of September.
Uninstall FranklyAI from Teams.

What happens to your data?

All user data will be deleted after 13 October 2024.
