FranklyAI: Celebrating Milestones and Embracing Collaboration

At FranklyAI, the past week marked a remarkable milestone in our journey, and we are thrilled to share this exciting news with our valued community. We owe our success to the support of Microsoft and Beca. Our paid Business Plan is now live, allowing organizations to seamlessly purchase subscriptions from the Microsoft store. Furthermore, we’re pleased to announce that our user base now exceeds 3,000 organizations.

Beyond Security: The Power of Personas

FranklyAI provides organizations with a tool that empowers staff to harness the capability of Large Language Models (LLMs) safely and effectively. We have introduced the concept of “Personas”, revolutionizing how you interact with generative AI.

Personas are how users can select different generative AI models to work with and distinct task-specific identities. This feature set opens up a world of possibilities, allowing us to customize prompt engineering for your organization based on your unique brand and evolving needs.

Exploring Functionalities: FranklyAI & Microsoft Office 365 CoPilot

Both, Frankly and Microsoft’s Office 365 CoPilot are fully integrated into Microsoft Teams. This means that the existing security levels already set up in an organization apply, with no new systems or training required. Organizations can choose to have one or the other, or both, to suit their requirements.

We want to highlight three ways FranklyAI for Microsoft Teams complements Microsoft Office 365 CoPilot:

Enterprise Data:  FranklyAI approach is that no data is collected by the AI without a user deliberately sharing it either through pasting it or uploading an individual file into the Frankly Teams Chat. Frankly is well suited to organizations that want secure, safe access to generative AI, with a privacy-first approach where enterprise data is not available to the AI.

Brokered Access: FranklyAI approach is to provide access to a range of generative AI, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT, GPT4, and other future models that meet the security requirements. This is imperative for organizations that need to know what generative AI is used by staff and limit its use to approved models.

Teams Meetings: FranklyAI does not have access to Teams transcripts or chats. Frankly can summarise a meeting transcript downloaded and attached to a message to Frankly. This allows organizations to analyze transcripts from other meeting tools like Zoom and Google Meet. Frankly can also be called into a meeting and take part but will only hear messages specifically directed to it.

At FranklyAI, we continue to see our product as naturally complementary to the features and capability of Microsoft’s CoPilot. With the integration of personas, we are here to empower your organization with the tools and capabilities you need to compete and thrive in a fast-changing world.
